Bedonwell Pupils Become Guinness World Record Holders

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of two of our pupils from Bedonwell Infant, Junior & Nursery School, who are now official Guinness World Record holders!

On Saturday 27 September, Rohan and his sister, Maya, took part in a record-breaking event at the historic Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich. The challenge was to create the largest-ever gathering of people dressed as film and TV characters.

Rohan looked every inch the swashbuckling pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean, while Maya charmed the crowd as Cinderella. In a special connection to the setting, both of these films had scenes filmed at the Old Royal Naval College, making their choice of costumes even more meaningful.

Together with over 800 participants, Rohan and Maya helped to set a brand-new Guinness World Record, earning their place in the history books.

We are incredibly proud of both children for their enthusiasm and for representing Bedonwell in such a memorable way.

Congratulations, Rohan and Maya, on this amazing achievement!
